WHEN YOUR DIARY WEEK IS OVER, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS LIST TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE:

·         Moisten the flap on the back cover of the diary, fold it over your address on the front cover and seal it.

·       Only the Nielsen return address should be visible on the outside of the diary. When the back cover is  folded over the front cover, the full TV is complete on the front.

·         Please drop your diary in the mail right away - Nielsen pays the postage.

·         If you received multiple diaries, follow the above procedure for each diary.

·        Please return every diary no matter how much or how little TV viewing each diary contains. If TV's were not used, please write a note in the diary and return it. The diary is a self-mailer. No envelope is needed.
